Terms and Conditions

Orders by email or phone.  I will confirm your order and approximate delivery date, unless a specific one is requested.
You must be over 18 to order from this site, as alcohol is included and only person's over the age of 18 can receive the delivery.
Invoice will be given at the time of delivery.

Payment Terms:
By Direct Deposit or Cheque – 7 days.

Delivery is FREE (*Conditions Apply :- if minimum order quantity has been met, depending on your location, at owners discretion) Or a delivery fee will be charged, based on a calculation of your distance from Gift Haven.

Please be aware food items DO have an EXPIRY DATE. All hampers will have a minimum shelf life of six weeks on delivery, based on the first item to expire in that hamper, as items will vary.  The hamper will be marked with an expiry date, on the bottom of the hamper for your reference.

If an item is not available at the time of your order, it will be replaced with a similar item of the same value or greater.
Flavours of items will also vary. Please be aware, gift items may be discontinued or not available at the time of your order, you will be notified, at which time you can choose a similar item, change your hamper or be notified with the scheduled date of it's arrival.
